We need a few dynamic people that can join our family and be part of the next stage in our growth. Our strategy is to align with outside sales professionals that know how to go out and get business, take care of customers and offer the best possible customer experience.
At Clean Cut we are searching for motivated, energetic outside sales professionals to come on board as Account Managers; at CleanCut we view our customers as accounts, what we mean by this is that we do not view our customers as just short jobs that we start and complete; no we want long lasting relationships so we can grow with our customers.
Qualifications:
- Always honest
- Able to build relationships on trust
- Great communication abilities
- Proven sales success
- Performance driven and goal oriented
- Able to use a Customer Relationship Management program
- Have general knowledge of construction or understanding of home improvement
- Possess basic computer skills, able to use google and associated google apps
General Compensation:
- Commission paid from Gross Profit
- Quarterly milestone bonuses
