Yes, furniture is either moved out of the work space or completely covered.
Do I still get a bill from my power company?
Possibly. Depending what area of East Texas you are in, you may still be assessed a monthly or annual charge from your power company for being connected to their power grid. However, the offset from the power you produce yourself may help you achieve what we refer to as “Net-zero.” This means you produce as much or more energy than you need via the solar panels; potentially eliminating your charges from your power company for electricity consumption.
Can you design my addition, new home, or back porch? Do I need an architect?
We have the capability to work with you from design to build.
Can we enclose our porch if we need more interior living space?
Yes, but it depends on the quality of the foundation, the complexity of adding HVAC, as well as local code restrictions.
